Teaching Assistant
Monday - Friday 8:30am -3:45pm
We are looking for someone to provide support within a special educational needs school for pupils aged 4-19 years of age. The school require a teaching assistant to provide cover for staffing gaps, holiday cover and additional support . The school provides education to students with a variety of special educational needs from profound and complex needs and Autism to EBD and challenging behaviour. This is a school of creativity with excellent facilities and effective cohesive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a popular and vibrant school. You will be working as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team and will have professional development opportunities.
We are looking for teaching assistants and support staff who:
Have excellent communication skills
Are experienced and/or interested in a career in SEN and knowledge of how to meet the needs of pupils with SEN
Have an interested in support students in a range of subject
Can motivate and inspire children to learn
