ICT & Computer Science Teacher (Job Ref: 357813)

An ICT teacher is required for a school in Somerset. The school will be offering a part time role (0.6) starting in January 2017 to July 2017 with the potential to be made permanent. There is some flexibility on increasing the hours to make the role full time. Applications are welcome from both NQTs and experienced teachers.
Essentials for this role:
* Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 ICT
* Ideally experience of teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4
* Hold UK QTS or a teaching qualification
* A commitment to the learning and development of pupils
* Be innovative and forward thinking
* A strong classroom practitioner
* The ability to build strong relationships
This is a good secondary school for 11-16 year old's with a recent Ofsted awarding the school a 'Good' rating overall. The school has high expectations for each of their pupils and they are committed to ensuring they work to their full potential. The school has a diverse community and teachers and pupils are well respected.
