URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN BRISTOL.
Working closely with the local community this client specialises in Emergency Accommodation in and around Bristol.
The role is to oversee 5 teams of maintenance engineers that work on Emergency accommodation repairs and maintenance, as well as working closely with the house keepers of these properties to ensure the process is both efficient and completed on time.
Each team will be made up of both trades and either Electrical or Mechanically biased engineers.
The Engineers will be making good properties for tenants that require emergency accommodation. The properties could be anything from a room for the night to a flat or house for a short term period.
You will also liaise with the council in regards to regulations and compliance and you will need to have a good understanding of these within your first year within the role. This knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
Candidates applying should be IT literate and able to use excel also must be
tidy with paperwork
