Sit-In Carers and Home Care Assistants - GBP8.10 to GBP9.50 per hour Sevenoaks, Westerham and surrounding area - Full and Part Time Hours Available

• Home Care Assistant
• Work a "Sit In" shift for a 2-4 hours with one client
• 30 hours minimum a week
• Required to work weekends/part of weekends
• Some overnight work available extra and above the 30 hours
• Owning a car is essential as some clients live in rural areas
• Mainly light duties, minimum personal care
• Supporting the main carer or family members

You will be performing a variety of duties as a home care assistant would such as:

• Dispensing of medication, cooking light meals
• Companionship for client
• Light household duties
• Covering the main carer/family members

It is not necessary to have direct care experience in caring for people as it is very much a case of you having good common sense, good communication skills, being proactive, wanting to help others and a willingness to learn.

Rates of pay:

Monday to Friday

• 7am to 7pm - GBP8.10 per hour
• 7pm to 7am - GBP9.10 per hour (More with NVQ certificates)

Saturday & Sunday: GBP9.10 per hour
