Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK

What responsibilities will you have?

As a Technical Support Consultant, the primary responsibility will be to Support Oracle EBS HRMS and associated EBS applications. The Client is currently running Oracle HRMS Release 12 with Modules such as: Human Resources, iRecruitment, HR Self Service, CRM, Oracle Learning Management, Advanced Outbound Telephony, iSupport, Approval Management.

You would be expected to carry out day to day support, investigating and resolving calls. Also to gather requirements from the business to complete configuration changes, development and system testing work. In addition you would work alongside users to investigate more complex problems raised by the client. Furthermore, you would possibly be required to complete business data loads and create and run adhoc report requests raised by the client.

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

- Oracle E Business Suite - Good functional knowledge of the following modules - HR, CRM, Teleservice, Self Service, iRecruitment and OLM
- Applications support and management, documentation and software testing experience
- Oracle Discoverer
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Requirements and data analysis experience

Desirables:

- Oracle Reports
- Oracle Forms
- XML Publisher
