Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30k - £40k (OTE £50k – £60k) plus car, pension, healthcare and 30 days holiday.

Business Development Manager - About the role
Due to their continuing success, they now have an opportunity for you to join them in the role of Business Development Manager. This role will be working as part of the overall sales function for the company and will have a key focus on selling bespoke apprenticeship opportunities to businesses across Manchester.
Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for building a new portfolio of business with in the area
- Generating your own leads and converting these to long lasting relationship
- Managing an existing portfolio of account
- Ability to maintain and update your own CRM to demonstrate activity and provide market intelligence
- Successfully achieve KPIs and Targets
- To consult with key account and prospect accounts on bespoke solutions in order to attract young talent to their business and retain it
Business Development Manager - About you
- In order to be considered for this role, you must experience in winning new business and growing accounts within the apprenticeship sector. You must also have a driver’s licence and the ability to travel when needed
- Suitable candidates may have previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Field Sales, Business Development Executive within the Learning & Development and Apprenticeship sector
