Lettings Branch Manager - Central Bath - up to ??35k Basic with a ??65k package + Car or Car Allowance
This is working to a leading top notch firm in a super office. You will head up a large team and oversea the full letting division. 5 day working week
Purpose of Role
You will work closely with the team to manage the office whilst ensuring all business targets are met and service standards achieved. This will include the forward thinking ability to motivate the team to hit personal goals. You wil take responsibility for staff reviews and individual career progressions. You will also work with senior management in respect of monitoring profit and loss and other associated figures for senior management.
Key Skills
??? Current lettings management experience essential
??? Proved track record in achieving set targets
??? Proved track record in valuations and building new business
??? Well Presented and Well Spoken
??? Excellent communication skills
??? Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment
??? Accurate, numerate and computer literate
??? A team player with excellent organisational skills
??? Full UK driving license and car
??? Clear understanding of the business requirements and own ideas to be able to take the brand further forward
??? People Management skills
