Telesales/Marketing Representative

A leading Medical Supplier to both NHS & Private sectors are seeking a full time Telesales/Marketing Representative to join their Bromsgrove based Company.  You will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone & generating sales leads while maintaining good customer relationships.

As an effective telesales representative you must be an excellent communicator and have exceptional people skills, be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and be willing to develop product knowledge. Good understanding of relevant computer programs (e.g CRM Software) and telephone systems is required.
