Team Leader (Senior Care Worker)

Hours: 34.25 hours per week, term time (BE Shift)

Salary: £19,510 pro rata

Various Enabler Posts available: All Year Round, Term Time and Waking Nights

Hours: Shifts averaging 37 hours per week over 52 weeks or 38 weeks a year (term time).

33.25 hours per week for Waking Nights shifts. 

Part time hours available on term time and waking night shifts.

Salary: £15,104 per annum (pro rata for Term Time and Waking Nights).

2.5% shift allowance (where applicable) and 10% shift allowance for Waking Nights night duty

Location: Exeter

We have vacancies for ‘All Year Round', ‘Term Time' and ‘Waking Nights' Enablers.  These posts will involve working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of high professional standards of health, therapy, education and social care for the learners at the WESC Foundation. 

We can provide access to relevant training to develop your career on our campus.

All Year Round Enablers are entitled to 6 weeks annual leave.
