Development Officer (New Business)
£30,399 per annum
6-9 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.
In this role, you will identify and progress new development opportunities for affordable rent and market sale. You will assist with the appraisal of new schemes undertaking research relating to land opportunities, planning approvals and market rents/sales values. You will also be responsible for managing the Homes and Community Agency's Information Management System on behalf of CHP.
You should have worked in residential property development and have excellent IT and communication skills, as well as project management and problem solving capability.
