My client is an established, leading provider in the Financial Services industry. They are expanding their team and are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator/Secured Lending Coordinator ideally with a background or interest in Financial Services.

The role,

The successful candidate will be able to work accurately and prioritise work effectively. Good communication skills are essential as, in addition to general administrative duties, you will be required to liaise with external third parties to facilitate the smooth processing of our legal transactions.

You will be allocated secured transactions to process from instructing solicitors, arranging property valuations with surveyors to approaching other lending institutions for details of their existing facilities. In addition you will prepare the necessary finance paperwork as well as updates to Land Registry and insurance policies.

You will be a team player with basic IT skills and a real willingness to learn.

Duties include:

- Providing support to the underwriters by collating information on new enquiries
- Preparing the instruction to our solicitors to start the legal process
- Requesting current data from other lending institutions
- Liaising with external third parties to arrange asset inspections and property valuations on behalf of our customers
- The accurate production of finance documents for dispatch to our customers and follow up communications to ensure the documents are signed and returned
- Checking returned documentation for accuracy and completeness against established criteria
- General administrative duties as required

Preferred:

- Local to Haywards Heath
- Educated to degree level

Package:

- Salary circa GBP20k
- 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each full calendar year worked. Up to 25
- Hours 9:00 - 5:30 Mon to Thurs 9:00- 5:00 on Friday
- Immediate start
- Full time, permanent
