JOB TITLE: Technical Parts Co-ordinator
HOURS: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
LOCATION: Whetstone
SALARY: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience
The Role:
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly expanding business further to a recent buy out and investment. The focus is on delivering a high quality technical quotations service to enable customer quote conversion. The successful candidate will provide telephone diagnosis, where possible, and identify parts, working in partnership with the engineering team to coordinate parts delivery with engineer site visit scheduling. You will also be responsible for taking and entering calls received on to the system, submitting and updating reports and general administration.
The Person:
You will ideally have some experience in offering technical support where you have had to utilise your technical, product and detailed parts knowledge ensuring a high quality service is delivered to our customers. You will have a strong background in customer communication, possess a polite and professional telephone manner, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be a strong team player, be committed and hardworking, as well as PC Literate with Microsoft knowledge.
