Location - Leeds, West Yorkshire - City Centre, near to the train station
Salary - up to GBP50,000 p/a based on skills and experience

User Experience (UX) Designer Skills/Experience:
- A proven track record as a UX Designer around software products rather than websites
- Mastery in user research - interview users, usability testing, observing etc
- Working knowledge of standard UX tools: wireframing and prototyping (Axure, OmniGraffle, Visio, etc) and graphical editors (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc)
- Agile development skills
- Experienced in designing elegant solutions for enterprise software, including very complex workflows, as illustrated through user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, flowcharts, specifications, etc.
- Affinity for visual aesthetics and graphical design
- Thorough understanding of application standards and usability, as illustrated through mock-ups, design artefacts, etc.
- Collaborating with product and technical engineers to implement new features, as illustrated through accounts of project constraints and trade-offs, processes, etc.
- Excellent verbal/written and stakeholder management skills
