Reporting to the branch Managing Director, as a Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for proactively developing new business leads and selling business focused training programmes to private and public sector organisations across West Yorkshire. Your responsibilities and duties will include although not be limited to:

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities and booking own appointments
  • Attending sales meetings with prospective clients, representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times
  • Attending networking events, maximising potential opportunities
  • Ensuring that the CRM database remains up-to-date at all times

To be considered for this Sales Executive (B2B) role you MUST have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience gained within business to business sales
  • Ability to generate new business from scratch
  • Superb communication and relationship building skills that will engage clients
  • Exceptional people skills that reflect Dale Carnegie principles
  • A positive outlook and natural enthusiasm
  • IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A self-starter who can work effectively using own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate emotional self-control and stay calm under pressure
  • Full clean UK driving licence and own transport

Salary:                          £22,000 per annum plus commission. First year OTE: £27,000 per annum. Second year OTE: £35,000 per annum.

Additional Benefits:       Business mileage paid at 45p per mile, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, matched pension contributions up to 3% of salary and free private healthcare.

Hours of Work:             9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required for travelling to client sites and to meet client needs.
