We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to take ownership for the sales and marketing department at one of the leading premium lifestyle fitness clubs in Kent. With a well-established and affluent membership base, my client has a reputation for providing a fantastic fitness, sports and spa offering for all family. As Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Effectively lead, engage and develop the sales consultants in line with the brand standards.
Managing the sales process and achievement of KPIs
Creating sales plans and delivering outreach activity in the local area
Work with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy to increase sales and aid retention.
Leading by example and contributing towards the overall sales target for the club.
Hitting the overall sales targets for the club
The successful candidate will have:
An outgoing positive disposition with drive and determination in abundance.
A can do attitude who will lead by example.
Experience of performance managing sales consultants as a sales manager, senior sales, Deputy General Manager or General Manager.
Experience of planning and delivery of marketing and outreach activities.
Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles.
A demonstrable passion for health and fitness.
