VETERINARY CARE ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

Will your next career move be to join our friendly small animal practice based in Norwich? We are looking for a Veterinary Care Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. 

Our Norwich team is spread across three sites therefore there is scope for our new VCA to work with each of the teams on occasion. 

The practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound and orthopaedic kit.

You will have a real passion for animal care, be comfortable interacting with clients and their pets and be happy to carry out occasional reception cover. You will be providing general support to the practice including working with the pets in our care so animal handling experience would be an advantage. This is an opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a veterinary practice and is a natural first step for anyone interested in pursuing a veterinary nursing career.

This is a full time position (approx. 40 hours per week) with weekends on a 1 in 4 rota basis and a salary of £6.70 - £7.20 per hour dependent on experience.
