Main Job Purpose/Summary
Due to rapid growth and expansion of our business, we are currently seeking an individual who is ambitions, tenacious, money hungry and career driven to join our Maidstone team.
T4S have recently expanded their business opening a branch in Maidstone covering the South East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.
You will be working a commercial market within the temporaries sector. Typical vacancies you will be looking to fill are, Customer Service Operatives, Telephone Operators, Receptionists, Sales Executives (any temporary role that is based in an office)
Responsibilities
How will you spend your days?
- Business development - prospect and existing business
- Arranging and attending client meetings
- Candidate registrations
- Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients
- Account management with existing clients - this is a small part of the role
- Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
- Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates
- Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
- Promote the T4S corporate brand image both internally and externally
Who are you?
- You will have previous recruitment experience or a sales background
- Confident making sales calls
- Strong face to face skills

- Must have a full clean driving Licence and own vehicle
