The Limes Day Support service provides care and support for people with young onset dementia during the day in a safe, friendly and comfortable environment. This service gives users an opportunity to meet and mix with others, stimulation through social contact and meaningful activities, and an opportunity to pursue personal hobbies. The Limes is open every weekday between 8am and 6pm. The extended opening hours take into account the needs of our client group

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead and manage the assigned staff team and be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a high quality service. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our team providing a Day Support service to people with young onset dementia. You will also be required to be a keyworker to clients; contribute to the development of individual support plans, make appropriate risk assessments, offer an enhanced level of support tailored to the individual's needs including personal care, and help individual's achieve potential and maximise skills and abilities.

You will have good listening skills and be able to demonstrate and understand the needs of our clients and their carers, ideally gained from working in a care environment. You will possess NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (or equivalent) You will need to be able to work well as part of a team and be passionate about improving the quality of life for our service users.
