Technical Service Delivery Manager - Security

GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum
A global IT Security organisation is looking to add to its Service Delivery function with an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager. This role would suit someone who has worked as a Security Engineer/Consultant and has moved into a Service Delivery focused role. This position is primarily technical in nature, with a high level of customer interface, and requires strong prioritization and project skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provides overall account management and specialized technical support to customers and regional partners, by responding to action Items, E-mails, and customer calls, and by proactively initiating actions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as the point of contact for incidents and requests that are outside the scope of support provided by the Support Operations Center (SOC)
- Manages designated accounts both by responding to technical questions, issues and opportunities; as well as by overall management of requests and general account satisfaction levels
Skills required:
- One or more of the following: CISSP, CISA, CISM
- Some knowledge of network design and configuration
- Some knowledge of Firewall, Router and switch configurations.
- Experience with IDS/IPS log analyses and tuning
