Acorn is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of our client in Cardiff.
Department: Sales
Main Purpose / Responsibilities of job:
- Contact hotels to introduce HLS and build relationship through to sale.
- Make B2B outbound telesales calls to book appointments for the Company Directors or Field Sales Representative.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved, opportunities and inbound feedback.
- Actively promote and effectively demonstrate the product and services sold by High Level Software.
- Provide customers with quotations, display negotiating and closing skills whilst maintaining a healthy gross profit for each sale.
- Represent High Level Software by attending tradeshows and industry events.
- Monitor and manage all marketing campaign leads.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators:
* 5 quality appointments per week
* GBP5k GP target, as a result of meetings and / or online demos
* Following call structure
* Sourcing data where necessary
* Recording conversation and lead information
* Conducting on-line demonstrations where necessary
* Following up and sending proposals as part of the sales process
* Driving results
Office Equipment Responsibilities:
The laptop and any accessories associated with it, remains the property of High Level Software however, the responsibility of its care and upkeep will lay with the operator.
All password changes to be relayed to a manager and not disclosed to any third party.
Any fault or error with a laptop should be reported immediately.
Renewal of anti-virus software to be approved and carried out by Senior Management.
Any loss or damage to office equipment off-site and out of normal office hours should be reported immediately. The staff member may be liable for the cost to repair or replace the item - please refer to the Employee Handbook for clarification.
