GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 (negotiable) + Benefits & Package

THE ROLE:
Working for a market leading Facilities Management Group, as the Project Mobilisation Manager for the region you will play a vital role managing the transition of hard and soft FM services at multiple commercial and private residential premises within the Staffordshire/Shropshire/Cheshire region.
This is a key appointment for this award winning firm whereby you will effectively manage the communication and delivery of FM services at new sites, considering the needs of all stakeholders and ensure organised and well planned project implementation.
Using your proven background within a similar FM role you will have full control over budgets, contracts and site services legislation; and using your awareness of the industry, advise and implement your own ideas to ensure successful mobilisation.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Essentially you will have a proven background in the FM industry and ideally have had exposure to hospitality, private accommodation, hotel, commercial complex and/or similar industries. All facilities management backgrounds will however be considered.
You will have had experience in a mobilisation capacity in a previous or current role and be an excellent communicator who is highly organised.
Any experience having managed TUPE processes at FM sites will be of particular interest so please make such experience clear in your CV.
Recognised Facilities Management or similar qualifications are preferred however essentially we need candidates who can demonstrate a successful background in a similar mobilisation role to that described above.
