My client are a global blue chip manufacturing business specialising in entertainment are looking for Business Relationship Manager / Senior Account Manager to assist in building excellent working relationship between 3PL and client.
The Business Relationship Manager / Senior Account Manager will act as the main liaison point for clients and retailers in matters relating to the distribution business with a view for continuous improvement. To become fully aware of the client's business model, objectives and issues, short and long-term plans, and to feed these plans back to the business for both parties' mutual benefit.

Key responsibilities for Business Relationship Manager / Senior Account Manager and not limited to:
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with, Clients, local retailers, 3PL providers and departments in territory and shared services centre
* Understand the client's needs. Communicate these throughout the business in relation to the agreed service level agreement including any opportunities for additional services
* Ensuring new release and campaign forecast information is accurate
* Produce management and client reports as required, co-ordinate and feedback business measures / KPI reporting to the client in-line with the contract
* Point of contact for queries from clients, retailers, 3PL providers and the shared services centre
* Communicate both pro-actively and reactively with clients as circumstances dictate
* Develop strong working relationship with key contacts both internally and externally
* Continuous improvement of processes / work instructions / service levels
* Assists with the development of processes, and reports (e.g. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Key skills and experience for Business Relationship Manager / Senior Account Manager applicant:
* Proven experience in creating / maintaining business relationship OR similar client services role
* Experience in dealing with large client
* Full UK driving license & own a car
* Understanding of distribution processes
* General understanding of manufacturing, and supply chain operations
* Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
* Ability to continuously prioritise workload and work under pressure
