Salary: GBP30-40,000 per annum, negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are currently working alongside a leading global Engineering organisation, as they search for an experienced and enthusiastic Reporting Manager to join their expanding team in York. Our customer is a leading service provider in Project Management Construction Management (PMCM), delivering projects at all stages from initial studies, design through to construction and maintenance, across the UK and also internationally. Their projects span a number of sectors, including Rail, Highways, Water / Utilities, Energy and Aviation, all of which are of critical long-term importance to the general public, local and national economy and industry alike. Our customer provides support for a wide range of clients including government departments, local authorities and major contractors.

Their Project Controls team based in York are currently searching for a Reporting Manager / Project Co-Ordinator to join their busy team. The team are currently working on the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) which is a GBPmulti-million, multi year programme within the UK's rail sector focusing on the upgrade of rail infrastructure in the North of England.

As such, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a busy team and is excited by the challenge of working on one of the most prestigious rail projects in the UK.

We anticipate that the successful applicant for this opportunity will be comfortable performing the following tasks and activities:
*take ownership of compiling project controls reports.
*take a leading role on the production of key project documents.
*organise and produce a suite of tools to assist the project controls team in the successful delivery of their projects.

We believe that the successful applicant for this position will have the following knowledge and experience:
*we anticipate that the successful applicant for this exciting new position will have strong existing experience of supporting teams in busy project settings, ideally with some experience or exposure within the Rail sector.
*they require someone who can take the leading role ownership of the co-ordination of project documentation.
*the ideal candidate will be extremely experienced with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
*some experience of planning software such as Primavera would be extremely beneficial.
