Job Title: Retail Branch Manager
Salary: GBP22,000 - 1st Year Earnings GBP25,000 - 2nd Year Earnings GBP28,000
Working hours: 48 Hours over 5 days
Opening hours: Average 10:00am - 19:00pm
This is a challenging, exciting and rewarding opportunity to work for the UK's leading car buying service as a Retail Branch Manager, managing your own branch as if it were your own business. With a basic salary of GBP22,000 and an open ended bonus structure that offers a genuine year on year increased earnings this role is perfect for confident, outgoing business minded people who can build rapport with customers and have the discipline and focus to run their own branch effectively.
What is the role all about?
- Responsible for purchasing vehicles directly from customers
- 70% of the role will be building up a relationship via telephone from online enquiries.
- Once the appointment is secured you will then meet the customer at your branch where you will inspect their vehicle and then, using your excellent customer service skills, work with your customer to buy their car

What will my responsibilities be?
- To deliver an excellent experience to our customers, helping them to sell their car with ease.
- Accurately appraising/ assessing each car adhering to company standards
- Successful processing the purchase of the car ensuring that all company standards and procedures are met.
- Developing future sales opportunities via phone (70% of the role)
- Ownership, and personal pride in the maintenance of your branch, its standards, equipment and presentation.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate/have:-
- Full Valid UK Driving License (and aged 21 or over for insurance purposes)
- Ability to articulate both face to face and over the phone
- Confident and driven
- Experience of working to and exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast paced and self-motivated environment.
- Previous customer facing/ sales experience is required for this role.
