We are currently recruiting for a Repack Technical Operator at our Market Drayton site. Your challenge
In this role the key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately complete protocols and all other company documentation related to this position
* Proactive approach to all matters concerning Health and Safety
* Take reasonable care for the Health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions at work (health and Safety at Work Act 1974)
* Co-operate with the employer in assisting them to fulfil their statutory duties
* To use all company equipment for the purpose it was intended and in accordance with health and Safety procedures
* Prompt reporting of any accidents or near misses
* Operate equipment in accordance with laid down procedures
* Full adherence to all company standards, policies and procedures including: personal hygiene, the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment, Standard Operating Procedures.
* Fault finding, rectification or appropriate escalation
* Accurate downtime recording
* Completion of hand over at start and end of shift
* WIP FP quantico to laid out standards
* Maintain the required hygiene standards of the repack environment and general housekeeping of working areas
* Carry out basic routine maintenance when required
* Carry out all reasonable management requests and to operate flexibly
* Achieve production target PPSH - Pots Per Staff Hours
