Quality Assurance Manager

Our company, Days Bournemouth Limited is a professional Buffet restaurant that provides the best quality food and service to public. We are urgently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance due to the continued growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise operation to comply with all applicable safety laws and regulation, as well as company safety policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure the restaurant products meet standards set by both company and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by their-party inspections.
• Establish and develop new methods, procedures and systems to improve quality performance.
• Inspect restaurant facilities for compliance with standards and determine methods to resolve any issues that arise.
• Generate reports and provide clear guidance that allows the staffs to effectively follow from a food safety perspective;
• Prepare and monitor repots on quality status of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
• Investigate complaints from customers to ensure that root causes are addressed and outcomes and trends are reported.
