Are you looking to lead your accounts team in handling large client accounts at a top brand design agency? If you have a passion for the design industry and want to manage client accounts for some of the UK's biggest companies, this role is for you.
The Role:
- Responsible for generating the account strategy to drive the profitable growth of existing clients
- Lead, manage and motivate the account team
- Run key client presentations, supported by your account team and the creative department
- Represent the servicing of the agency's accounts on their board of directors
- Know the agency clients inside-out, with the ability to consult effectively at board level
- Ensure regular contact with past, existing and new opportunities
- Support the development of new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships at the highest level
The Person:
- 10+ years' experience in similar roles (e.g. Account Director, Business Development Director, Sales Director, etc.), with a proven track record of client development at a top Brand Design Agency
- Have proven experience in developing a business
- Have a clear commercial focus with a strong understanding of clients' businesses
- Be confident, credible and consultative at board level
- Be very intelligent, a great communicator and ambitious with a very straightforward approach (no beating around the bush)
- Have a clean driving licence
