An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim Governance Lead to join an exceptionally people focused Housing Association.
Our client is looking for an Interim Governance Lead to manage their Governance and company secretarial services, ensuring that Board members are provided with effective support and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
In addition you will support the Director of Resources in leading the approach to risk management, effectively implementing the risk management strategy and ensuring that risk is actively considered in all business activity. The role will also oversee the data protection framework, and ensuring that our client complies with all relevant data protection legislation.
Relevant experience in a similar role, in a regulated organisation is a must as this role will be stand alone for a period of up to two months, but is likely to last for a period of up to six months in total.
You will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational and administrative skills. You will have high levels of personal integrity and be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
