We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be proactively supporting the team providing timely and accurate HR administration support.

Cascade System Administration

* Ensure new employee and leaver details are input and 100% accurate on the system.
* Ensure employee pay and benefit system records are accurate.
* Ensure that changes of hours and variations of contracts are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Ensure that accurate reports are sent to managers.
* Create login details and manage passwords and access for all employees.

Recruitment and Selection

* Support the HR Officer in the recruitment within the call centre.
* Pre-screen applicants in line with the job description requirements and book / schedule interviews for all levels of roles.
* Undertake interview for the Call Centre agents.
* Issue offer letters, contracts of employment and other on boarding documentation in appropriate timescales to successful candidates.

Employee Relations

* Advise managers on standard employee terms and conditions of employment.
* Undertake administration for disciplinary and grievance cases e.g. book rooms, take comprehensive notes of the proceedings and ensure the appropriate outcome documentation is sent to employees.

General Administration

* Undertake general HR administration support for the HR team.
* Create and manage ID passes for all employees.
* Manage the starters and leavers process and communicate with necessary departments.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience of dealing with people in a sensitive manner.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy HR department.
* Use of HR systems - desirable is experience of Cascade HR & Payroll system.
* Administrative and organisational skills.
* Able to effectively prioritise workload.
* CIPD level 5 qualification as a minimum.
