Description
The Brand Manager role will work as a pivotal part of the International team, focusing on the Middle Eastern Markets, including Saudi Arabia and UAE. Reporting into a Marketing Manager and working closely with a team of international specialists, the Brand Manager will work across the following scope:
- Brand positioning and portfolio definition
- Development and implementation of the annual marketing plans to deliver brand strategy in the region
- Define and activate brand and shopper plans
- Work cross functionally with teams in the UK and in the core market
- Lead packaging design development
- Insights and tacking
- 20% of your time will be spent travelling to key markets including Saudi, UAE and Middle East
Profile
My client is looking for someone with strong brand/shopper marketing experience in consumer FMCG Marketing. Experience working in the Middle East would be desirable but not necessary, but you must be eligible to travel to locations as part of the role. The role will be predominantly based in Andover but will require travel to core markets.
Other skills required include:
- Consumer and shopper marketing capabilities
- Experience of BTL and ATL campaigns
- Proven success in NPD
- Consumer research knowledge
- Self-starter who is results driven.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with International experience looking to relocate to the UK, or alternatively someone with a keen interest in gaining exposure to an international environment and the Middle Eastern market.
