Role
One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic contract opportunities within the financial services industry for an important client in Cardiff. This role is for an immediate start so candidates would need to be available with no notice period.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong customer service skills to undertake a challenging role in a rewarding industry.
The rate on offer is GBP75 per day (circa GBP18,000 per annum) for a period of initially 2 months. You would be required to Monday to Friday 8.30-6.00pm (shifts between these operating hours).
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Responding to inbound calls from customers
- Provide advice and guidance using client guidelines and call scripts
- Follow company processes and procedures relating to DPA (Data Protection Act)
- Update and capture relevant data to the CRM system
- Adhere to FSA guidelines at all times
We are looking for strong customer service advisors who possess the following attributes and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
- Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
- Strong ability with Word and Excel
- Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs.
Please note you must be able to travel to Cardiff for this role and be available for the duration of the project.
You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check and clear Credit Check for this project.
