Carlsberg UK, one of the UK's biggest brands has a unique opportunity available for a Warehouse Duty Manager to join the team in Croydon. The role is a full time, 9 month fixed term contract offering a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.

What are the responsibilities of the Warehouse Duty Manager?
You will be responsible for raising the bar of managing, coaching and developing a team of warehouse operatives and administration staff at the Croydon Depot.
The Warehouse Duty Manager will also be responsible for raising standards within their team and work areas; these will consist of safety compliance and best practice, cost control - continuously looking at resource vs. volume. Customer service standards are key to our success, driving high standards of Health & Safety and continuous improvement will all ensure that we achieve our goals.
What skills do I need to have to become a Warehouse Duty Manager?
We are looking for an experienced people manager, with a strong warehouse background to join a highly motivated management team. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage and inspire and have the ability to cope with a rapidly changing work plan and sets of priorities. Strong IT skills are also required for this role as are excellent problem solving and planning skills. Experience within a results driven, commercially focused FMCG environment is also required.
