Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for Health & Safety andIn-House Training
- The position is with a leading manufacturer in the leisure automotive sector.
- The role includes system development, maintenance, deployment and training.
Key Deliverables
- Ensure our In-House Training Systemis continuously developed, maintained and deployed across the organisation.
- Ensure the Health & Safety System is developed, maintained and deployed across the organisation.
- Agree and deliver all key performance targets for Health & Safety and take appropriate steps to ensure any corrective actions necessary for achievement of targets are identified and implemented.
- Review, identify and deliver Health & Safety training throughout the organisation.
- Review, understand and advise the Company on H&S best practice and its legislative responsibilities.
- Continually improve the H&S system.
Skills/Experience
- NEBOSH general certificate or higher.
- Experience of working in a medium sized manufacturing company advantageous.
Qualities
- Approachable, influential and ability to work as part of a Team.
- Must have drive and resilience to continually seek improvement and enforce system discipline.
