This is a new role due to growth and offers a long term stable career. The successful candidate will be a mechanically bias maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background (FMCG not acceptable). You will have a mechanical bias, meaning you will be confident working on fast paced production/manufacturing equipment. Mechanically you will be confident working on hydraulics, pneumatics and compressed air systems. If you have welding experience this will be used within the role but it's not essential. The role itself is broken down into reactive and planned maintenance. You will work within a small, friendly team of engineers reporting to the engineering manager. The company are looking to grow extensively so you will also be involved in improving efficiency and implementing CI.
