Our client is a multinational, reputable Aerospace manufacturing business who specialise in precision machined components. They are seeking a Compliance Manager to be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and Company policies. The successful candidate will work closely with purchasing, commercial and logistics managers and their teams who have primary responsibility for reviewing vendor, orders and customers on a day-to-day basis, to ensure we minimise our risk for non-compliance. There is a focus on the adhering and complying to The Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) legislation.

- To create an audit schedule to ensure process compliance and system governance for all procurement, commercial and logistic processes both internally and externally within the supply chain.
- To be the focal point for the coordination of all the procurement and finance pipeline projects to support the business targets.
- Track and maintain all rebate recovery actions, and along with the adherence to the SDR process with the support of the logistics, quality, purchasing and finance teams.
- To liaise with the Purchasing Manager and their team to ensure all invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner, and actions plans created with the process owners to ensure that all e requisitions are raised correctly.
- To be the primary lead on the IPR process to ensure 100% compliance, and to train other members of the finance and procurement team to be able to carry out this process. To identify the systematic changes required with the I.T. department to fully automate the routine.
- To be the FCO for the organisation, and to be the focal point to ensure trade compliance at plant level.
- To be the primary focal point for import and export compliance for the organisation.
- Support Regional (UK) Supply Chain Initiatives as assigned. Support Division and Segment supply chain objectives (cost down, inventory, supplier quality and materials management) as identified by Division General Managers and VP of Supply Chain.
- To be the on-site lead for all contract governance with both suppliers and customers.
- To understand the CRC compliance requirements and to work with EHS and operational leaders to collect the data to minimise the CRC charges.
- Maintain professional business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve service levels and attain a high reputation for integrity both internally and externally
- Promote the interests and image of the Company at all times
- To undertake any other duties as required

- Proven experience as a compliance manager
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) experience - compliance to
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations
