The Company - Medical Technical Support Engineer, Medical Imaging Systems

The Role - Medical Technical Support Engineer, Medical Imaging Systems This exciting role will involve management of medical system breakdowns, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance visits of equipment sub-contractors and maintenance of asset register.
Full responsibilities include:
1: Take incoming calls and log non- compliance problems at
the Hospital PFI according to contractual requirements.
2: Manage systems breakdown till completion.
3: Notify customer of completion and obtain 'sign off.
4: Take incoming calls from equipment sub- contractors.
5: Enter all comments and agree action plan with customer and
sub-contractors'.
6: Responsibility for all open job activities within facility.
7: Escalate ongoing issues to Line Manager
8: Manage debriefing and closure of jobs.
9: Prepare end of month reporting requirements
10: Compile maintenance schedule from Asset Register and
contractual SLA.
11: Manage completion of PPM Service for all core Asset.
12: Responsible for all open job activities within facility.
Your Background - Medical Technical Support Engineer, Medical Imaging Systems
To be considered for this exciting role, you should be able to demonstrate a background in service and repair of high value electronic or electro-mechanical systems, from any industry sector.
You might be a medical service engineer, ex Armed Forces Engineer, or a Service Engineer from any other industry sector seeking the chance to move to a medical services company offering excellent training and ongoing career development.
