Credit Risk Manager - Collections and Recoveries - Flexible Working
Based in Milton Keynes a Credit Risk Manager is required on a permanent basis to work with a highly reputable organisation going through an exciting period of change.
This role will provide an excellent overall package which includes a Competitive Salary, Performance Related Bonus, Pension, Private Health Care, Flexible Working.
You would be required to lead a team of credit risk analysts developing and maintaining recoveries strategies within a Collections & Recoveries function.
You will also be required to devise and deploy recoveries strategies, robust analytics and performance management. Manage recovery rates through DCA placement, debt sale and supplementary support functions.
Candidates must have proven experience of credit risk working in a Collections & Recoveries environment in the Financial Services sector. Experience of Excel and SQL is also required.
Candidates don't need to have previous management experience. Candidates with strong analysis or consultancy experience looking to move up the ladder is acceptable.
