Trainee Mechanical Engineer - (Lens)
Leicester (Commutable from: Loughborough, Nuneaton, Wigston, Hinckley, Coalville)
GBP17,500 + Overtime (OTE GBP20,000+) + 28 days' holiday + Company Benefits (Pension)
Do have a background in mechanical engineering wanting to develop a career within an international multi-million pound company with industry leading bespoke training?
On offer is the opportunity to work in a fully equipped optical workshop servicing lenses for both UK based and worldwide film and television producers. The company has worked with some of the world's most prestigious filmmakers offering a high quality and professional service.
The role will require you to service optical lens, fix and test equipment and ensure that all lens are within specification. You will be given unlimited training from market leading professionals to ensure your development. The company are renowned for the niche training they provide.
This role would suit someone with a background in mechanical engineering wanting to develop their career with specialist training with plenty of overtime.
The role:
*Monday to Friday 8am till 4:30pm - Plus plenty of overtime
*Repairing and servicing broadcast and cinema lenses
*Testing world-renown equipment to ensure it meets specifications
The person:
*Background in Mechanical Engineering
*Interest in photography or filmography
*Wanting plenty of overtime
