Project Co-ordinator
Leeds - driving licence
Fixed term to 31 March 2018, with possible permanent offer
GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience

Job Details
You will lead, facilitate and support the development and delivery of a programme of events, aimed primarily at young people across Yorkshire and the Tees valley ensuring growth; high quality and consistency in event delivery; achieving performance against agreed targets.
You will be responsible for all staff and volunteers that deliver the programme, ensuring they work effectively to provide the best possible outcomes for each customer, based on available resources and capabilities to an agreed operating framework.
Key responsibilities will include:
??Plan and deliver events/projects from conception through to completion and evaluations in line with partner requirements in accordance with SLAs
??Deliver, facilitate, present, support events as required
??Organise, train and manage volunteers where required
??Effective administration and accurate recording of data
??Identifying PR opportunities
??Updating bespoke management information systems
??Working closely with other members of the team to deliver our objectives
??Seeking new ways to improve the business
??Working with others across the organization
The Person
You will ideally have experience in project delivery / management and experience of developing and
Sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good customer awareness
skills along with the ability to work well as part of a busy team
Self-motivated, target-driven and accountable, you will have good organisational skills, with a
methodical approach to task delivery and attention to detail and have a sound knowledge of Microsoft
Office packages
With the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure, youwill also demonstrate
commercial awareness and the ability to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Eligibility
