FINTEC recruit is seeking a Manufacturing Improvement Engineer for an established manufacturing business . This is a permanent position based in North Scotland, Highland region. We are looking for degree qualified graduate with 3 to 5 years experience post qualification who are looking for progression in their career
Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Improvement Engineer
Working as part of an engineering maintenance team supporting and improving a range of manufacturing processes across the plant. Through continuous improvements in your daily routine this will ensure optimum quality and production results.
Review engineering data and coordinating projects meeting deadline for productivity within the plant
Skills and qualifications
Degree qualifications - engineering discipline
3 or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally continuous production)
Problem solving and continuous improvement techniques
Manufacturing and production engineering expertise
Good technical skill set
