FINTEC recruit is seeking an experienced and qualified Employee Relations Specialist.
This is a permanent position based in Inverness. You will be required to travel at some times short notice to various areas within the UK>

Skills and qualifications
- Current Employment Law knowledge and experience
- Degree in Employment Law or CIPD qualification
- experience in high quality ER policy advice to managers and staff
- Substantial experience within a similar role
- Strong working knowledge and experience in high quality ER policy advice to managers and staff
- In depth experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues
- Experience in coaching, training and knowledge transfer
- Strong and effective communication skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence, with sensitivity
