Part Time administrator required for leading business in Andover.

Client Details

Page Personnel are currently working with a leading business based in Andover to assist in recruiting for a part time administrator to support the finance function on a permanent basis. Our client are a global innovator in their field and offer an excellent working environment.

Description

As an administrator within this global business, you will be supporting the finance team to process relevant payments to stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, coordinating various administration tasks and other ad-hoc duties. As a part time member of staff, you will be required to work 21 hours a week over 5 days.

Profile

With good PC skills with excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, you will have experience of working within a busy and varied administrative role along with extremely good numeracy skills.

Job Offer

With a pro-rata salary of GBP18 - GBP20k with the option of a bonus plan, you will also have access to onsite parking, company pension. You will be required to do the 21 hours a week over 5 days however.
