We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to come on board and support and optimise our clients current HR function.
This will be a varied generalist HR position, acting in a senior position reporting directly to the company Directors, with a broad mix of operational and strategic HR activity.
The HR Manager role will cover a broad range of HR matters, which on a day-to-day basis will include development and mentoring of a small HR team, supporting managers with complex employee relations matters, performance management, ensuring a proactive, efficient HR service to the business.
You would also be responsible for the delivery of a number of projects around developing HR policies and procedures, streamlining systems processes and any other commercial improvements as required.
The ideal candidate will have significant exposure within a generalist HR Manager role, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships internally. CIPD qualification would be preferred, with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to work within a fast paced, commercial environment.
