Sales Co-ordinator (Retail)
Brioche Pasquier UK is part of an international group and one of the largest food manufacturers in Europe. We are looking for a 'Sales Co-ordinator (Retail)' to join our fast growing team and business based in Milton Keynes.
You will assist the Sales Co-ordination Manager and will liaise between the Sales team and other departments to provide the clients we allocate to you (mainly retailers) with the most suitable service to their needs, cost and time restraints.
You will be a highly proficient sales administrator, responsible for supporting the Sales team to pro-actively maintain and develop the client counterpoint relationship and develop sales strategy accordingly.
This is a demanding role and will require a methodical and multi-task approach.
Main job task follows:
1- Finance
Invoicing / Payments / Outstanding / Disputes
Supporting manager in planning budget
Monitoring profitability and costs of your accounts
Reporting financial results
2- Client
Quoting Prices
Preparing and participating to client meetings with the sales manager
Planning Promotions
Building and monitoring Business Plans
Sales Co-ordinator skills and requirements:
You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any qualifications and experience relating to Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
You must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, this position requires an excellent customer service skill
A high standard of spoken and written English skill is required as this job involves liaising with clients and colleagues. French communication skills and food industry experience would be an advantage
Be proactive and react to all client enquiries
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
