Description
They're after a new Creative Director - not someone who knows it all, more so someone who can think laterally, inspire and engage at C-suite/owner level and deliver stand-out brand solutions that evolve businesses.
You'll be a dab hand at getting to the root of a problem - it might not be obvious and will often require different hats, angles and ways of thinking - all of which you'll use to succeed.
Your craft will centre around winning hearts and minds as you'll have to gain trust and convince stakeholders/owners and all forms of top brass that your ideas will work and make a difference.
Profile
To make this work you'll be a current Creative Director or Design Director with a presence, well-formed opinion and your feet nailed to the ground. Ideally you'll have spent time in a leading brand or design consultancy that have a reputation for solving complex business problems through design.
You may be in London or elsewhere in the UK - possibly even further afield globally but have enough of a strong link/reason to base yourself as a Creative Director in Manchester.
