RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive OEM Client, whom are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their expanding team in Brentwood

The role of the Payroll Analyst :
General operational payroll processing, services & system work for large automotive manufacturer with ~6,000 hourly-paid employees and 5,000 salaried employees.
Skills Required:
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage complex data sets.
Ability to communicate well at all levels and be able to manage third party relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Excellent administration and organisational skills essential.
Ability to use Microsoft applications, primarily Microsoft Excel
Skills Preferred:
Prior use of Oracle eBusiness payroll software
Prior use of Open Options timekeeping systems.
Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and Other Statutory Deductions.
Experience Required:
Previous Experience in Payroll or Human Resources.
Experience Preferred:
Previous experience of both hourly-paid and salaried payroll operations
Payroll systems development, change management and UAT.
Education Required:
Degree and/or equivalent qualification or experience required.
Education Preferred:
Professional Payroll qualifications.
Additional Information :
Hours: 37.5 per week
Duration: Short-term contract for maternity cover purposes - approx. 3 months
