This role will see you taking responsibility for leading one of the largest mobilisations this company has ever undertaken. In this role you will be leading and directing a large number of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the mobilisation project. You will be responsible for updating the various stakeholders throughout the process to ensure that all teams are working to the same strict timeframes. The mobilisation will include the provision of both Hard & Soft FM services.

You will have responsibility for managing the mobilisation budget and you will be required to report on expenditure throughout the project.

Once the project reaches the handover stage you will then be responsible for ensuring the continuity of service quality levels. You will also ensure that all the work streams are signed off and a final report produced.

This opportunity lends itself to an experienced and professional FM Mobilisation Manager who has experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. This role will suit a mobilisation manager who has the skills to deliver exceptional levels of service and the ability to communicate exceptionally with a wide range of stakeholders across a business.

You should also be able to demonstrate:

- Substantial FM Contract Mobilisation experience - TFM, Hard or Soft services experience considered.
- Experience of coordinating multiple work streams.
- Experience of working with an array of stakeholders across the business.
- Effective communication style which inspires others across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience of mobilising projects within tight deadlines.
- UK Work Permit.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
