Salary GBP50k to GBP75k + uncapped bonus with no threshold + BMW car
Overview
With turnover of GBP70m, 250 staff and strong profitability we are looking to continue our growth through the appointment of a Regional Recruitment Manager in our Engineering & Technical Division. We are very strong financially and whilst other agencies have gone through difficulties and contracted, Interaction has expanded well over the last 10 years. This recruit will develop and build our Specialism's with a specific focus on contract / permanent engineering recruitment continuing on from the successes of the Midlands division n set up three years ago.
We opened our Engineering and Technical division 3 years ago. With an established team and client base in the Midlands we are now looking to continue these successes in other regions.

Responsibilities include:
- To set up Engineering & Technical in the region
- Personally establish client base and billings
- Recruit, train and retain excellent technical consultants
- Lead the team in winning worthwhile & profitable business
- Increase driving revenues & profitability
- Subsequently running and growing a successful business
- Recruit, train and retain consultants at all levels throughout the region
- To grow further perm/ contract engineeing & technical business in your region
- Open new revenue streams and build on an already hugely successful division.
- To increase revenues and profitability
