This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading supply chain organisation as an 3rd Line Engineer on an initial 3 month contract based in Chippenham.

My client is a market leading supply chain organisation based in Chippenham, following a recent merger they are seeking an Infrastructure Project Engineer to join them for 3 months initially to support on a number of large integration projects.
Description
The successful Infrastructure Project Engineer will be responsible for:
- Supporting on a number of high profile infrastructure projects
- Leading deployment of standardised desktops
- Application packaging and deployment
- Leading merger of Active Directory instances
- 3rd line support for various infrastructure technology
- Ensuring projects are delivered to time and quality constraints in collaboration with various 3rd party suppliers
- Ensuring minimal downtime to service
- Working independently or as part of technical teams as required
Profile
The successful Infrastructure Project Engineer will possess:
- Demonstrable experience of working on a variety of infrastructure projects
- Strong technical background across a variety of technology
- Excellent communication skills - ability to report progress effectively
- Experience of application packaging & deployment
- Experience of working on projects alongside 3rd party suppliers
- Ability to create easy to understand documentation to support new services

GBP300 - GBP375 per day
