The role is to Demonstrate and sell to garages, commercial vehicle fleet operators, body shops and industrial / engineering workshops. Our Client is leading manufacturer of high quality automotive, industrial and engineering consumables. Including Adhesives, Cleaners, Body Repair Systems, Sealants, Refinish Products and Tools. They have a well-trained direct sales team operating throughout the UK.
To assist with their continued growth they require a Technical Sales Demonstrator to work a field sales region within Milton Keynes area.
Ideal location - Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Dunstable, Buckingham
OTE GBP26k, GBP18k Basic + Bonus / Commission + Vehicle + Benefits + Career Progression + Sales Training
The Candidate
Qualities we would expect the candidate to hold are:
- Drive and enthusiasm and excellent work ethic.
- Commercial acumen.
- Dynamic and responsive
- Effective communication skills
- Good negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
- Results orientated with a clear focus to succeed.
The Role
- Visit existing customers and prospect new business
- Build good customer relationships.
- Demonstrate products and anticipate the client's needs.
- Sell the company's major lines and introduce new products (once you have received the appropriate training).
- Transmit knowledge of technical products.
- Accurate call and journey planning.
Full training in sales and the product applications will be given.
This role would suit a candidate with the following skills/experience -automotive industry, garage workshop, automotive aftermarket, vehicle parts, tools and equipment.
